Design & Development Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology-based learning solutions. Work closely with subject-matter experts, UI developers, and Instructional designers.
• Develop, produce, and maintain instructional materials, eLearning programs, and videos for online training according to set training standards in support of training initiatives
• Uses in-depth knowledge of graphics, audio, video editing, animation and e-learning authoring software programs to develop and deliver training products.
• Utilize storyboards/brief for e-learning courses
• Design course interface (define the look and feel of a project), and interactive templates
• Ensure that all designs and storyboards meet the company’s design standards and guidelines
• Develop dynamic instructional interactions and simulations to create interactive, engaging course content
• Uses in-depth knowledge of usability and visual design principles to design and develop training products
• Establish best practices surrounding e-learning development, including creating design templates or e-learning material prototypes, and identifying opportunities to streamline the courseware development process.
